HOW DO We BOOK an engagement shoot?

Call or email the studio and we’ll discuss any ideas you have, go over a few logistics and location choices, and then we can book a date and time. Simple. Payment can be made by check or major credit card.

COMMON QUESTIONS …

Complimentary engagement shoots:
The time and talent of the photographer (and editing) are provided at no cost. Images and products are available to purchase from the gallery.

How many images do you deliver?
Anywhere from 90 - 400 color-corrected and enhanced images, available to view in an online gallery for you to share.

Will I get color and black & white photos?
The majority will be color, with certain choice images converted to black and white.

How soon do you deliver images?
2 weeks after the shoot.

Best time to shoot?
For you to look your best, and for us to get the best light, we suggest magic hour — an hour or so before sunset or sometime late afternoon works best. Shooting at midday with harsh shadows is not ideal — and you’re only doing this once, right?

High-resolution images can be purchased from your online gallery.

We offer a custom-designed flushmount signing book with hardcover and soft pages.

Can I purchase prints, framed prints etc?
Prints can be purchased from your online gallery. For custom-framing please contact the studio. All images for framing & printing are retouched.

Where can I view my online proofs or gallery?
Online Proofing

Can I get printed proofs?
We can provide printed proofs of your entire gallery or a selection of favorites. Proofs are 4×6 with white-border, and are presented boxed.

What to wear?

The eternal question! Depends if you want to dress-up or be casual or bring a change and do both? The latter is often the best idea.
